In addition to medical tube tip forming, we also provide drilling holes, punched holes or skived holes within the medical tube for applications such as catheter tubing.

  • Drilled round holes starting at Ø0.50mm and also milled slots.
  • Punched/Skived holes made according to your custom dimensions.
  • Thermoformed holes with a-traumatic, rounded edges.

All holes/slots exhibit no internal burrs and remain particle-free.

Medical tube components made to your specification

All the medical extrusions we source are produced in Class 8 clean rooms in accordance with ISO 13485:2016.

Precision custom die tooling for tube tip forming is nickel alloy or hardened stainless steel polished to a mirror finish. Dies can be non-stick coated for processing certain thermoplastics.
