Medical Tube Components
In addition to our tube tip forming service, we can provide you with bespoke tube assembly and bonding. Medical grade UV curable adhesives are an effective medium for bonding soft PVC or PUR tubes into a wide range of standard medical device connectors. Lower risk applications can benefit from mechanically assembled components such barbed luer-lock fittings.
All the medical extrusions we source are produced in Class 8 clean rooms in accordance with ISO 13485:2016.
Precision custom die tooling for tube tip forming is nickel alloy or hardened stainless steel polished to a mirror finish. Dies can be non-stick coated for processing certain thermoplastics.
